2009 Registration Fees for the IIR Conference:

  • Regular Registration: $450
  • IIR Member Registration before June 1, 2009: $400
  • Late Registration, after June 1, 2009: $500
  • Student Registration: $250 (Professor's Sponsorship Required)
  • Guest ticket for Banquet (Thursday June 25): $45

No refunds will be given after June 1, 2009.

Registration fees cover:

  • Welcome Packet
  • Program Book and Conference CD
  • Admittance to all technical sessions
  • Touloukian Award Reception (Tuesday afternoon)
  • Conference Banquet
  • Refreshments during breaks
  • Evening Socials

Conference registration fees must be paid IN FULL prior to the conference or at on-site registration before receiving any conference materials or attending any conference sessions.  You may pay by credit card from the online registration page (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted).  You may also pay at on-site registration (credit cards, cash [U.S. currency only], or by check [in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to the "University of Colorado"]).  The University of Colorado cannot bill for registration fees and cannot accept purchase orders of any kind.

At registration, you will receive conference materials and a University welcome folder with campus and area information.

On-site registration and materials pick-up for pre-registered participants will be available:

--Tuesday, June 23 13:00 - 17:00 at the conference office in the Engineering Building

--Wednesday, June 24 7:30 - 11:00 in front of Math Auditorium (location for the opening ceremony and keynote presentations)

--Thursday, June 25 8:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00 at the conference office in the Engineering Building

--Friday, June 26 8:00 - 12:00 at the conference office in the Engineering Building
