Use Reservation Form and fax to 303/492-5959 or email to confreg@colorado.edu by June 5, 2009 to reserve a room and board package. Make sure to select single or double package and list a requested roommate, if known.
ON-CAMPUS ROOM AND BOARD PACKAGE - (June 23 – June 26)
Housing is in single or double rooms in University of Colorado Residence Halls at the Kittredge Complex. Each room has two twin beds with linens, two dressers and desks. Rooms are not air-conditioned. A small microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each room. Telephone jacks are available and phone sets can be purchased at the front desk. Communal bathrooms are provided per hallway serving 8 – 10 rooms. On-campus housing is provided in a non-changeable and non-refundable per person package that includes 3 nights lodging arriving June 23 and departing June 26. Package also includes 3 breakfasts (Wednesday through Friday), 3 lunches (Wednesday through Friday) and 1 dinner (Wednesday). Early arrival or late departure of up to two days is available on a per night basis without meals as an add-on to your on-campus room and board package. Per night cost for early arrival or late departure is $ 57.20 per night plus tax in a single and $ 29.60 per person per night plus tax in a double (no meals included). Check-in is 3:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m. Reservation deadline is June 5, 2009.
SINGLE (1 person per room): $271.07 per person (including tax)
DOUBLE (2 persons per room): $179.78 per person (including tax)
Commuter Meal Package (not staying on campus) $48.96 (includes Wed - Fri Lunch and Wednesday Dinner)
